8 years’ experience working in Workplace Health and Safety and most recently was employed as the Health Safety, Environment and Quality Manager for a civil construction company.

Developing strategies, implementing policies and procedures to achieve best results for all stakeholders whilst continuing to listen to the workforce to focus development within Work Health Safety Environmental and Quality aspects for legislative and commercial requirements.
 
Continual improvement and compliance in regard to Work Health Safety Environmental and Quality Legislations and Standards and achieving accreditations for AS/NZ ISO 45001, AS/NZS ISO 14001, AS/NZS ISO 9001.
